Contaminated Land and Site Investigation Projects
Brown field sites are previous industrial/commercial sites requiring assessment for new uses. Unregulated waste disposal sites are illegal waste activities where wastes are disposed of under or over ground. These sites can lead to nuisance odours, litter, visual impact, water and ground contamination. ENVIROCO Management Ltd. has been the lead environmental consultant on several site investigation and remediation projects of unregulated waste disposal sites and brown field sites since 1998.
We provide investigation methodologies to Tier 1 and Tier 2 status based on all relevant EPA and BS codes of practise. Our services include environmental risk assessment, project management and environmental sampling. Previous site investigation areas include; unregulated construction waste sites, former petrol stations, waste disposal sites and unauthorised scrap metal.
